Basic information:
We want to explain why receiving a quality education is so important; i.e. it's vital that all children are in school, but we need to make sure that they are actually learning. An estimated 250 million children are currently not learning the basics whether they have been to school or not. But importantly, what is quality education and how can we deliver it; so how can we improve the quality of learning globally?
